When it comes to quantifying how important proper air flow is to the operation of a healthcare laundry, the numbers speak for themselves. Twenty-five percent of laundries inspected by the Healthcare Laundry Accreditation Council (HLAC) in 2009 were faced with having to go back and take a closer look at their facility‘s air flow before being accredited by HLAC.
